The high-end system of Nexera X2 equipped with a new photodiode array detector SPD-M30A. Equipped with a new analytical technique "i-PDeA ※ (patent application pending)", it provides a new approach for the analysis of insufficiently separated or hidden peaks. With sensitivity and separation performance, it further expands the field of UHPLC analysis.
Intelligent Peak Deconvolution Analysis (i-PDeA, patent application pending) completely separates unseparated peaks
Even for unseparated peaks, if the i-PDeA function is applied, a single peak can be extracted using the differences in the spectrum, eliminating the hassle of waveform processing for unseparated peaks. Impurity peaks hidden in the target component peaks that are difficult to detect using traditional methods can also be easily detected with just a few steps.

The target peak has eluted on the tailing peak
I-PdeA for waveform processing of the target peak on the trailing peak with non-destructive quantitative accuracy
Outstanding high sensitivity
The new photodiode array detector SPD-M30A adopts a high-sensitivity capillary cell SR Cell corresponding to low diffusion to achieve sensitivity. The noise level has been reduced to below 0.4 × 10-5 AU, leading the world, providing users with an ideal UHPLC analysis that combines high sensitivity and high separation performance.

Using SR Cell, it combines high sensitivity and high separation performance
Excellent sensitivity and wide dynamic range enable simultaneous quantification of principal component peaks and tiny peaks (impurities) at 0.005% (relative to principal component)
Excellent spectral resolution and linearity
The SPD-M30A photodiode array detector adopts an optimized optical system design, providing excellent spectral resolution.
Equipped with excellent signal processing technology, it achieves excellent spectral linearity in a wide range from low concentration to high concentration, making it a very suitable detector for drug purity testing and other requirements for wide dynamic range analysis.

The newly designed optical system temperature control function TC Optics achieves baseline stabilization
The photodiode array detector SPD-M30A of Nexera SR is equipped with a newly designed Temperature Controlled Optics (TC Optics) optical system, and adopts an optimized low diffusion detection cell SR Cell for heat exchange at the inlet of the detection cell. To achieve this, the low peak diffusion required for ultra fast analysis has been achieved, while successfully stabilizing the baseline quickly, shortening the "standby time" from turning on the power to the start of analysis, and providing the total analysis flux.

Excellent baseline stability unaffected by temperature changes
Even in air-conditioned rooms, small temperature fluctuations cannot be avoided. The SPD-M30A photodiode array detector equipped with TC Optics maintains baseline stability even during room temperature fluctuations.
